Wheelchairs Donation
Thanks to the kind support from international organizations, a lot of wheelchairs have been distributed to the poor handicapped in Vietnam.
Special thanks to Arthur B. Schultz Foundation (ABSF), U.S.A who have donated hundreds of wheelchairs in Vietnam:
In 2007, 200 RoughRiders were delivered to the disadvataged disabled in An Giang Province, Long An Province, Nha Trang, Tien Province Giang, Dong Nai Province, Ho Chi Minh City, etc.
In 2008, 258 wheelchairs were distributed to Ca Mau Province, Phu Yen Province, and to other districts of An Giang Province, and to some local charity organizations in Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2009, ABSF continues their support to help bring more wheelchairs to needy Vietnamese.
Besides, Whirlwind Wheelchairs International (WWI), San Francisco, California, U.S.A. also donated 20 wheelchairs to disabled Vietnamese in center and north Vietnam in 2008.
